To demonstrate elements of media industry and to familiarise them with recent developments in mass media to expose them to application of new technology and practices in Journalismin various mass media i e ,print media,electronic media,internet,etc.

Eligibility

45% marks from a recognised Board including Madarsa Education Board/Bihar Intermediate Examination (+2) in Arts/Science/Commerce

Duration

Duration is Three years.Annual Exam will be conducted at the end of each academic year.

Course Structure

A candidate for the BJMC examination shall be required to offer and be examined in 18 Honors paper according to the following Curriculum.

Indian Residence : Rs 7000 each year of study.

NRIs : Rs 15000 each year of study

University Development Fee ( one time ) : Rs 1500

Registration Fee and misc. charges : Rs 200

Tarang & Eklavya : Rs 10

Exam Fee : Rs 1000


  • The course will be conducted self finance basis.

  • The fee for the course shall be charged at the beginning of each academic year.

  • The fee structure may be revised from time to time by the University.

  • SC/ST candidates will be allowed 20% concession in tuition fee.

  • Preference in admission will be given to those passing out from Madarsa System of Education.

  1. RESERVATION : - Reservation of seats as per state Government rules

  2. MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION : - Hindi,Urdu and English are the principal medium of instructions.

  3. SEAT LIMIT : - Maximum number of seats- 60 , with 5 adition seats for wards of NRI / Foreign National .

  4. TRAINING : - Training Faculty to be provided as per the requirement of the Course .

  5. COUNSELLING :- Career Counselling service to be organized by the University as per the requirement from time to time .
